Step 2 – Screening & Initial Interview

Our recruitment team will review your application. If you’re a fit, we’ll reach out to schedule an interview where we’ll learn more about your skills, career goals, and availability.

Step 3 – Credential Verification

We conduct a thorough check to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including:
•Proof of education and licensing
•Professional references
•Background checks (criminal/vulnerable sector, as required)
•Immunization and health requirements (as applicable)

Step 4 – Matching You with Opportunities

Once cleared, we connect you with job opportunities that fit your skills, preferences, and location. We’ll guide you through employer interviews or placement details.

Step 5 – Onboarding & Orientation

When you’re selected, we’ll support you with onboarding, paperwork, and any orientation required by the client.

Step 6 – Placement & Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn’t end when you start work. We check in regularly to ensure you’re supported and thriving in your new role.
